It’s the time to welcome back our guests with that eagerly awaited question: When is the Windermere Tranquil Retreat open? Well, you will be pleased to hear our spa suites are open again from the 4th July.
Having followed the government guidelines closely, we are excited to start welcoming back our guests. It’s been a while but with the health and safety of our visitors and our staff a priority, closing our doors was always the sensible step.
As we start to gradually re-open, some of our facilities have to remain closed due to Covid-19 regulations. However, when it comes to the Windermere Tranquil Retreat, each hotel room is like your very own private spa to begin with.
Do the Spa Suites have Hot Tubs?
We are delighted to advise that our spa suites in Windermere do indeed come with hot tubs. All of which will have clean filters and therapeutic jets pumping in the water as usual.
Even without social distancing in place, you may not even want to leave the comfort of your own spa suite. As a chance to unwind is paramount, as you may have been longing to escape our own four walls for the past 3 months.

As part of our welcome back to the Windermere Tranquil Retreat, we are proud to announce the opening of our new spa suite. The Aurora Spa Suite is on the first floor of our spa hotel in the Lake District.
