The Windermere Tranquil Retreat is Open!
As of this week, the Windermere Tranquil Retreat is now open. It’s been a while since we’ve been able to allow guests back into our spa suites and hot tubs.
We’re more than just a little excited about the prospect of the coming months. In which the government roadmap out of lockdown sees a gradual re-opening of the holiday and tourism industry. As well as all our favourite pubs, restaurants and the help of a little retail therapy!
Spa Suites and Outdoor Hot Tubs
With the Lake District being one of the most popular tourists hot-spots in the UK, it’s no wonder we’re already busy. After all, our spa suites and outdoor hot tubs have always proven a firm favourite with our guests.
Only, this time around the concept of a UK Staycation is likely to be a more regular occurrence this year. With summer holidays and weekend getaways in Windermere the opportunity to really appreciate what’s on your very doorstep.
As for getting to Windermere, we’re easily accessible from all corners of the UK. Whether you’re driving from all 4-corners of the country or jumping on a train from the likes of London, Manchester, Liverpool or Scotland.
In fact, wherever you’re coming from, when you arrive at your spa suite and outdoor hot tub, you will be in for a treat.
The Meraki Spa Suite and Hot Tub
During lockdown, we’ve been busy giving the place an early spring clean. As well as preparing for the Windermere Tranquil Retreat and our other properties to re-open.
One such delight, is our luxury Meraki Spa Suite and hot tub in Windermere. Tucked out of the way on the second floor of the Windermere Tranquil Retreat, yet with all the mod-cons in keeping with our other rooms.
It’s just half a mile away from the main reception desk. Meaning you’re not too far away, yet rewarded with the utmost privacy. As for when you reach your suite, you’ll be amazed at the space provided.
Including the outdoor hot tub and private balcony, overlooking our beautiful garden and hotel grounds. As for the interior, it’s been meticulously designed and is among one of our newer rooms and as a result, beautifully presented.
Although with limited availability, you need to be quick if you wish to book your stay. Likewise, in the event of any last-minute cancellations. Whereby these will be announced on a first come, first served basis via our Facebook page.

We are pleased to advise the Windermere Tranquil Retreat is now open. With stays from 12th April to 16th May for self-contained accommodation, while 17th May onwards is set to have even more rooms become available.
