About the Windermere Tranquil Retreat
The Windermere Tranquil Retreat offers a luxurious stay in the Lake District. The new spa suites in Windermere are part of Aphrodite’s Lodge, joining a further three spa suites at the tranquil retreat.
Spa suites with private hot tubs, gardens, Swedish barrel saunas and wonderful surroundings are just some of the reasons to stay at the Tranquil Retreat. Not only that, but Aphrodite’s Lodge itself is a short walk away. So not only can you relax in your own hot tub and landscaped gardens, you can also make use of facilities at the main hotel.
While you’re enjoying a spa break in Windermere, there are a number of beauty and holistic treatments available. Ranging from hot stone massages to a 90-minute star treatment, as well as facials and aromatherapy packages. Breakfast is served daily, made with locally sourced ingredients. Then there’s the mini-bar for those after hour treats.

The Zen Suite
You will feel at ease as you relax in the Zen Suite, where you can get a good nights sleep in a super king size bed. The mood lighting will help you relax too, as will a soak in the private, 2-person hot tub. There is a selection of complementary drinks available as you admire the stunning garden views. The White Room

The Grand Spa
