Complaints Procedure

We are sorry to hear you experienced problems during your stay at Windermere Tranquil Retreat.

Please allow us to help put this right by contacting the Aphrodites Group on 015394 45052 ext 2 and our Reception Team will complete a complaints form with you regarding your stay.

This form will be forwarded to a Manager, who will then contact you via the method you have chosen, at a time convenient for yourself.

We kindly ask that you have your booking number, date of stay and surname that your booking was under readily available.
