Bed & Breakfast

A Credit or Debit Card is required to secure your reservation with a 50% non-refundable deposit when making your booking. The remaining balance, inclusive of any pre-ordered extras must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation or no show, guests are held liable for the full amount of the reservation. Reservations can be transferred within the same rate plan if notified 15 days or more prior to arrival, or a voucher can be redeemed to the value of your deposit already paid enabling you to rebook in the future. When transferring your date or re-booking you are able to choose from the rates that are available on our website – these may differ from your original booking. Within 14 days of arrival, reservations are non-transferable. If you wish to amend your booking/cancel please email us enquiries@aphrodites.group

Book Now, Pay Later

A Credit or Debit Card Guarantee is required to secure your reservation when making your booking. No payment will be taken when making your booking. The full balance, inclusive of any pre-ordered extras will automatically be taken 6 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation or no show, guests are held liable for the full amount of the reservation. Reservations can be transferred within the same rate plan if notified 15 days or more prior to arrival, or a voucher can be redeemed to the value of your deposit already paid enabling you to rebook in the future. When transferring your date or re-booking you are able to choose from the rates that are available on our website – these may differ from your original booking.  Within 14 days of arrival, reservations are non-transferable. Advance Purchase Bed & Breakfast

Christmas Bed & Continental Breakfast

All bookings

**Please note we can unfortunately not accept American Express**

All prices are per room per night, bed & breakfast, based on 2 adults sharing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept 3rd party bookings. The booking must be made by the person who is to be the guest and payment must be made by that person’s card. You will be asked to provide the card used to make your booking on arrival, if this card is not available, you will be asked to produce another card in your name where the full amount of the reservation will be charged, the original card will then be refunded. Unfortunately, if you are unable to provide a card in your own name, we will not be able to honour your booking.

In the case of extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the directors, terms & conditions will be reconsidered, please contact our reservations team via  enquiries@aphrodites.group

3rd party websites may have different terms & conditions, please check these when booking.

We recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.

Pre Authorisations

For guests staying at our Windermere Boutique Spa Suites and Windermere Tranquil Retreat properties, there will be a pre-authorisation charge of £100, for guests staying at our Aphrodites Boutique Suites, there will be a pre-authorisation charge of £50. The pre authorisation must be completed on the day of arrival before check in, via the link emailed to you on your arrival day. This money is held by the bank for up to 7 days before returning to the customer’s bank account. This stands as a deposit, which will be claimed by Aphrodites Group in the case of room/item damage, missing room items, noise disturbance or any unsociable behaviour during your stay.
